• Creating and monitoring detailed change management plans that align with the change management strategy and project objectives in an Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies implementation.
• Execution excellence; Support the set up and daily running of a project (i.e., status reporting, tracking, task assignment and optimization, resource schedules, risk management, running meetings and minutes of meeting preparation, organizing events, adhoc reporting, etc.)
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings, Kick off meeting, take decisions on behalf of the steering committee members, discussing project status and progress with service providers by visualizing project plan using BI Dashboards.
• Project governance; establishment of project lifecycle process methodology across all department, setting up and configure work flow, business rules, policies and approval procedure( Baseline - Milestones - change request - project closure). Enforces project standards by monitor adherence by the whole project team - escalating concerns.
• Create project documentation (Project Charter, Project Plan, Business case) that set out the process project objectives, timelines and resources
• Develops, maintains and monitors a detailed project schedule, tracks activities against the plan using Mic Project Online, providing regular reports/updates as appropriate. Ensuring that deliverables are met.
• Analyze project data and prepare project/program/portfolio reports and dashboards for senior management
• Developing training materials serve each stakeholder roles and responsibilities throughout the project (Business owner, Project sponsor, Service provider)
• Serving as a troubleshoot reporter by identifying and escalating issues through reading and describing KPI’s reports to the CEO, Project Manager and business analyst.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and requirements.
• Determine priorities, follow up task’s development with the team members and meet multiple deadlines.
• Assigning tasks to internal team and assisting with schedule management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise by analyzing and validation.
