Primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of
maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and
events, and food and beverage.
 Pitch a company's products and services to potential customers.
 Drive brand awareness through face-to-face consumer interaction.
 Assist with compiling, analyzing and reporting sales or other related marketing data.
 Assist in maintaining of all sales related clerical duties.
 Create daily and weekly sales and catering reports.
 Responsible for leading the team of professionals who are involved in the sales and
marketing activities of the hotel.
 Track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer
relations.
 Increasing customer loyalty through the creation of special offers.
 Promoting the hotel at trade shows, networking with travel agencies and local vendors.
 Preparing offers for the meeting room of the hotel for the UN and NGOs organizations.

Responsible for tendering process in terms of submission under the supervision of Commercial
Manager. Reviews the tendering activities, including preparation of bids, submissions, determining
commercial strategy and finalizing it with Commercial Manager. Provides commercial
interpretations, clarifications, and definitions to the direct supervisor.

Tender Management:
 Timely collection of the tender documents.
 Review of initial tender/bid documents to assess company ability to participate in
competitive quotation.
 Prepare the Tender Summary for the management.
 Prepare and manage timelines for all formal tenders.
 Working with operations reps, subcontractor reps and management decision makers to
provide all the information requested in the Tender document.
 Comply with all contractual obligations, agreements, and requirements.
 Must provide responses to Tenders professionally meeting deadlines
 Completing client paperwork accurately
 Responsible for following-up with miscellaneous quotation and miscellaneous tenders
submitted.
 Participate in negotiation/clarification phase with customers during bidding process.
 Ensure all Tender related documents are controlled and archived properly.
 Assist Team Leader to collate, review, distribute and manage Subcontractors and negotiate
the best commercial value with lowest risk.
 Ensure all tender and contract development activities are in accordance with ADNOC L&S
procedures.
Database Management
 Responsibilities include entering the contracts into the system and work with operations to
generate the invoices for every month in a professional manner.

clearance and the like, until the completion of purchases and receipt of the goods.
 Searching for external and local suppliers of materials for primary resources and some
machines through catalogs, the Internet, exhibitions and all available means of
communication.
