Budgeting, financial controlling, and preparing financial statements
Responsibilities:
- preparing Imported Purchases Accounts
- preparing Exported Sales Accounts
- preparing Inventory Accounts
- preparing income statement required by law
- preparing balance sheet
- preparing tax accounts as required by UAE Tax Registration Authority (UAE VAT)
-Report to the Project Manager or project executive on the cost control and project
profitability.
- Apply client funds received by preparing accounts payable to trades, subs, and accounts
receivable.
- Administration and control of general costs including payrolls, home office and site
office costs, etc.
- Managing inventory and billing.
- Recorded Journal entries for salaries.
- Assisting auditors by providing documents for preparing financial statements.
