-Deal with shipping lines, customs Brokers and truckers.

-Responsible for all process related to Export and Import shipments
-book the vessels, prepare the shipping documents.
-following up with the client and meet the client's requirements.
-check and review the Letters of credits before issuing by the client.
-responsible for organizing and preparing subsidization process
-responsible for insurance contracts
-responsible for courier services contracts
-Responsible for Monitor the cash transactions on daily basis
-Issued clients statement and follow up customer deposits and debts.
-responsible for collection and following up with the clients the due invoices.
-responsible for all Banking Process such like statements, following up LC's.
- Following up with the purchasing, production, warehouse and accountings departments in organized process .
