ادارة وتكوين فرق العمل باكثر من محافظه بمصر مثل الغردقه واسوان والاقصر وقنا والقاهرة
2-اعداد خطه العمل الشهريه وتنفيزها ومعالجه اي خلل بها
3 التواصل مع باقي اقسام الشركه بشكل فعال لتحقيق خطه الشركه ككل
4-تحقيق التارجت الشهرى للقسم
5-القاء التدريبات الخاصه بتكوين قادة وموظفين بالقسم
6- العمل كمسهل ببمعلومات وكمحاضر بقسم ادارة الاعمال وبالاخص HR
7-اعطاء الا\ن الخاص باصدار الشاهدات بقسم HR
مسئولة عن كل ما يخص ملفات الموظفين بالشركة والتعامل مع مكاتب العمل والتامينات الأجتماعية وشركات الرعاية الطبية ومسئولة عن التوظيف بجميع عملياتة واستقطاب الكفاءات والجدرات
• Hiring (Operation Manager, Sales Team, Odoo Implementers & Developers, Tech Writer, project
manager)
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide advice on employee
relation matters
• Play an active part in employee engagement and in creating a positive work environment
• Ensure accurate set-up and handling of employee and compensation data and closely collaborate with
HR Specialist
• ensure the professional functioning of HR fundamentals. covering the entire employee life cycle, ideally
for several countries.
• create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation about our HR tools and processes,
• provide HR reports to global HR stakeholders to support change initiatives through successful
stabilization
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, renewals & onboarding documentation
through DocuSign

• Hiring positions (infrastructure Manager, System Engineer, Developers & implementers
Odoo,
• identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions,
collaborating with hiring
• managers to set realistic technical requirements
• Collaborates with section managers to understand the needs and roles to be
filled; reviewed job descriptions for vacancies.
• Provide advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with the final
candidates.
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry
community and marketplace
• Participate in and/or support country and/or regional HR projects as required.
