• Participated in reviewing Madinah Region strategy with a close involvement of strategy team
• Support in preparing MRDA initiatives marketing plan in cooperation of MRDA Communication & Relationship team.
• Participated in preparing and prioritizing Medina Regional 2030 initiatives that feed into MRDA Strategy.
• Contributing in managing the budgeting approval that is related to vision 2030 initiatives.
• Actively supervised and reported on project management of a portfolio for more than20 governmental entities within Madinah. • Ensured compliance of operational policies and procedures that are resulted from migration of project to operations.
• Participated in monitoring and reviewing the project performance and progress, and produce an executive dashboard for project board.
• Assessed and report on projects’ risk management plans, and issue register as well to govern the escalation process to Program/Portfolio Managers.
• Conducted weekly meetings representing MRDA in classifying and facilitating project performance reports; using Enterprise Project Management system (EPM).
• Participated in a performing project site visit on a monthly-basis.
