Assist with all internal and external HR related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Assist with the recruitment process by screening applicants, developing employment contracts. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. - Screening CVs, participating in the interviews, hiring the selected candidates.
- Coordinating with Government Relations section for applying visas and authorizing E-wakalas.
- Maintaining data base of the CVs for future requirements and expansion projects.
