- Managing and leading all CONSTRUCTONS, FIT-OUT and MEP activities related to Palaces, Villas,
Commercial complexes and Warehouses.
- Managing, creating and monitoring the budget and resources of the project.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for effective project management for all
project-related matters.
- Examine architectural design and life safety requirements, evacuation plan requirements and
shop-drawings for underground structures, sub- and superstructures, arch works, and interface
requirements for structural and civil work coordination drawings.
- Check and review the monthly subcontractors' invoices for the quantities of work performed during
the period.
- Build an itemized bill of quantities (BOQ) based on the actual needs of the projects.
- Drafting instructions to bidders, including specifications, brands and details of items to be used or
purchased.
- Ensure that equipment used, materials and installation are per drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical feedback and interpretation of blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and
reports.
- Prepare a work schedule for all civil activities of the project in line with the detailed project plan.
- Review the designs and ensure they include cast-in-place concrete, pre-cast concrete, post-tensioned
concrete, masonry, structural steel, deep and shallow foundations, retaining walls, and structural
lateral systems including slabs, beams, and columns, and all types of suspended structures in various
materials, etc.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for unexpected civil technical difficulties or obstructions.
- Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Site/shop survey followed with building projects/ drawings.
- Attending the inspection of the municipality, Kahramaa and the consultant of the project to terminate
the project.

- Supervised all construction activities of residential buildings.
- Overall Charge of the building including Project Management, Subcontractor Management, Design
Coordination, Vendor finalization, and Invoice Certification.
- Coordinate between the technical office and the client.
- Ensure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and divisions (Mep, civil,
carpentry etc.) and have updated information.
- Doing daily reports and analysis for the client until the delivery date.
- Develop a bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms.
