& Construction,
o Monitoring client/contractor events/milestones which affect project
schedule and reflect it with required time and cost impact analysis.
o Updating project schedule with any variation order or additional work
which was not part of contract with time and cost analysis required to
achieve,
o Controlling resources assignments required to achieve planned
activities extracted from approved schedule,
o Updating the project schedule for engineering, fabrication, delivery
and construction phases,
o Updating project extracted commodity curves and histograms where
we can judge the project performance comparing between planned
Vs actual work,
o Updating project KPI - Key Performance Index- with figures of
SPI -Schedule Performance Index- and CPI - Cost Performance Index-,
o Monitoring working hours against budgeted hours,
o Preparing a plan for daily site activities,
o Preparing weekly and monthly look-ahead schedule,
o Daily monitoring site work progress and preparing Monthly invoices,
o Coordinate and handling material required to delivered as per work
priority,
o Follow site activities priorities to achieve the milestones dates which
affect time schedule.
