Testing & Commissioning from 380kV to 33 KV Switchgear, 66KV to 380 KV Switchyard & 132KV, 110kv, 380 KV GIS (Gas Insulation Substation).
Testing of CT, P.T, CVT, Power Transformers, shunt reactors, grounding transformers, Neutral Ear thing Resistors, Dis-connectors, UG cables, Bus Bar, HT< Motors, and Transformer (150KVA-500 MVA) testing with Differential protection, REF protection etc.
Ability to operate various testing tools and equipment including Megger, Digital Multi-meter, Multi-Amps Relay Tester, primary and secondary injection set, etc.
Practical Working exposure with advance relays Configuration, Setting, SAS interface MICOM, SIEMENS, ABB, SEL, ZIV, and GE relays,
Fault Analysis of Fault on T.L (all Brand of relays). Preparation of Fault report as per SEC standard.
Live inspection of Transformer, Bus bar, GIS, FSC(Fixed series compensation to control line impedance),
Arrange Shutdown with CRCC, Isolate Working area Issue Safety Permits (LOA, STW, PEA, and IER) to contactor.
Inspection of Control & Relay Panels, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule for sub-station. Panel re-scheming, testing of 13.8kv equipment, Interlocking etc.
Testing protocols management according to client standards SEC, NATIONAL GRID
Familiar with Key Diagrams, Control and Protection Switchyard and Switchgear Electrical equipment’s.
Logic Block Diagram, Cable Schedule, Single Line Diagram, Schematic Drawing, Wiring Diagram, Panel Arrangement for control/Protection panels, Local Control Cubicle and Switchgear.
CT/VT calculation, AC/DC loading and cable sizing.
Work on protection of Electrical Power system like Line protection scheme, Bus Bar protection scheme, Transformer protection scheme, Pole Discrepancy Scheme, TEE Protection Scheme, ACDB Scheme, DCDB Scheme, Current transformer (CT), Voltage transformer (VT), Isolators, Energy Meters, Relays, Switchgear room, and control circuits.
