In charge of: Textile Sales & Marketing

1. Act as main point of contact for European Market
2. Start with customer from order negotiation stage (specs, pricing, dispatch dates, shipping & payment terms …etc.) - to end up at contract signature stage
3. Activate orders at production
4. Check/follow up production planning of orders is correspondent with committed delivery dates
5. Reporting Quality Control process during production to customer, manage sampling stage
6. Make sure that all required details (Quality requirements, packing, loading conditions) are checked upon shipment process

Co-coordinate between Purchasing Dept., Production Dept. &Design Dept. through the company documentation policy & the Plan of each project.
2. Create and Follow up the Plan according to the actual situation with the mentioned 3 Dept.
3. Publish all technical publication/each project (Operating manuals, warranty documentation & reference photo records)
4. Follow/Update the filing system of the following areas:
•Quality Control process, starting from Lamination stage till Launching
•Procurement cycle against Plan &Production
•Bill of materials of each project
•Technical history of each project
•Production/Planning Dept. reporting.
