ob Responsibilities: Develop the relationship with real estate owners to acquire properties and market them for the potential client
Develop company’s business and growth by achieving assigned target.
Coordinating appointments, viewing and interviewing clients to find their property needs.
Developing marketing plans for listings and managing client database.
Prepare comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
Responding to emails, phone calls, websites and social media profiles.

1. 1st of the newly joined five-member team to close two deal in every 1st month.
2. Four deals closed in a 2nd month the highest among the new team.
3 Successfully negotiated with 40 villa compound management and got
Exclusivity to market the properties.
4. Achieve 50k sales in 3rd month of the job.
