I taught IT technical support courses (Health and safety, Install and support operating systems, manage device security, current technologies and internal components, help desk and client support, technical documentations, provide one to one instruction, repair hardware problems....).
I taught ICT courses (MS office tools: Word, excel, power point, access and publisher), web design and Math. I was responsible of lesson planning and delivering. I have also prepared my students for the CIT exams.
• Developing customized features and modules for new applications by using VB6, VB.net, C and java programming languages.
• Designing and managing database (Sql Server).
• Performing data analysis.
• Updating, repairing, modifying and expanding existing applications.
