The firm has recently extended its professional services to include Business processes outsourcing,
CFO fractional services, and ERP management and implementation.

Best rent a car is one of the leaders in car renting industry in Saudi Arabia with around 20 branches across the Kingdom, one of the major companies in Alissa holding group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direction and overseeing of all aspects of the finance department with 29 accountants across Saudi Arabia.
• Fulfil the Board of directors reporting requirements.
• Analyzing the operational results and identifying the enhancement required areas.
• Updating the sales and collection incentives policy to maximize the company profit.
• Establish a new relationship with the financing institutions to get lines of credits with
acceptable rates.

•Direction and overseeing of all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the group companies, including retails, pharmaceuticals, contracting and manufacturing companies.
•Establishment and maintenance of strong relations with the financial institutions and solid cash flow management for the group.
•Proper financial planning to match and promote the companies short and long-term objectives.
•Participation and coordination with the chairman in the alignment of the companies visions, missions, strategic objectives, long-term and short-term plans.
•Supporting and advising senior management in achieving business objectives
•Oversees the budget process of all group companies.
•Supporting and advising senior management in achieving business objectives.
•Oversees the IFRS implementation and reporting in the group.

•Lead, Supervise and set the objectives for areas of Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Credit, Planning & Budgeting divisions and make decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, training and development, salary recommendations, promotions and transfers.
•Oversees all treasury related activities; including banking, investment management, treasury products.
•Ensuring the compliance with strategies, relevant statutes, regulations, and Group policies procedures.
•Ensure that in-depth internal control over safeguarding companys assets, in adherence with companys vision and mission strategies.
•Effectively managing expenditures, in adherence with annual budgets.
•Investment strategies to balance risk and return.
•Effective and professional relationships with Board members.
•Contributes to strategic planning, supports corporate initiatives, and keeps abreast of critical issues in other divisions/groups.
•As applicable, ensures the financial reporting compliance with regulations and statutes, and applicable internal policies and procedures to ensure safe business operations, recordkeeping, and the proper disclosure of required financial, operational, and management information.
•Manage the relations with Bankers, Financial advisors, Audit firms partners, and potential investors.

•Supervising accounting functions in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
•Continuous follow up and development of chart of account to serve the business requirements in coordination with the CFO.
•Supervising budgeting process and projection.
•Advise finance team in adopting standard corporate practices to ensure uniformity in reporting and enhance efficiency.
•Monitoring the implementation of the company’s policies and procedures and related development to ensure adopting of efficient and effective internal control system.
•Performing monthly accruals and provisions.
•Effectively managing expenditures, in adherence with annual budgets.
•Managing monthly performance meetings with all department heads, to review monthly profits, expenses, strength and weakness and display the overall financial position of the company to the CFO.
•Dealing with internal and external auditors for auditing related issues during audit periods typically quarters and year-end.
•Implementation of corporate financial policies and accounting procedures.

•Ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis to a high technical standard and presentational quality (including draft financial statements, management letters, business review memorandums and other client communications).
•Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare detailed audit reports and resolve accounting research issues.
•Knowledge of best practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards.
•Identify opportunities and ideas to provide value to the client.
•Secure and enhance client relationships with the appropriate level of management and present a favorable impression of the firm.
