Currently working as ConstructionManager and Tender Estimator ( ADM Licensed Engineer &ADNOC approved P. A.) responsible for aware of WMS and PTW system, reviewing of HSE and QA/QC documents for each activities involved in projects, client/Consultant meeting, site inspection, SOW analysis, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, estimation, Tender preparation (Techno-Commercial), and submission, Program scheduling, reviewing constructing cash flow with cost comparison sheets, Cost control, analysing and assisting procurement, municipality approvals, project execution (structure, interior & landscape) as per drawing and BOQ, site inspections, quantity and quality checking, and ensuring HSE concerns at site.
Responsible for quantity surveying, Estimation, tender preparation and submission, Project Execution with program schedule, coordination and shop-drawings preparation.
Worked as project Engineer and Estimator responsible for Client/Consultant meeting, site inspection, SOW analysis, Quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, Estimation, Tender preparation (Techno-Commercial), and submission, Program scheduling, Cost control, Procurment, municipality approvals, project execution, site inspections, quantity and quality checking and ensuring safe work environment.
Responsible for supervision of structural and inetrior works, arrangement of mapowers and materials according to program schedule, Daily report submission to Project Management.
