• Monitors the upkeep, availability, functional condition, and operations of all facilities which include the Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities as well as other necessary requested services. MVSG, STP, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Generators, Pumps, Etc.
• Prepare and review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
• Provide the Director and Manager with project and maintenance work progress reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations; billings and collections, purchasing of materials, government-required documents, preventive and corrective maintenance, housekeeping and security.

• Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspections.
• Implements preventive maintenance and undertakes corrective maintenance.
• Provide reports for all work requests and maintenance activities.
