His experience includes advising on Business Process Engineering, due diligence reviews, restructuring and valuations, Board Secretarial assignments, recruitment assignments for various business positions. Has good understanding and experience in logistics company assignments. Have worked extensively in textiles, petrochemicals company and cement companies. Have experience in developing costing systems for various companies. Had worked as Cost accountant in industry. He also has over 13 years’ experience working for a management consultancy firm.
In the area of external auditsand Special Audits. he had been carrying out for various companies but specializes in public sector, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance and mining companies. Many clients whom he had prepared assurance reports include Scirrocco Limited, Global Industries, Changfa Resources, Babcock Zambia Limited, Zambia Postal Corporation, Mulungushi University, Baxy Pharmaceuticals, Workers Compensation Fund Control Board, ETG Group, Gourock Zambia Limited, Phoenix Assurance Limited, KCM etc
He had carried out Due Diligence and sale of business transactions. Also completed MOU for several companies in Zambia. He had prepared Business plans for many companies.
Ravi was the Chairman for ZICA benevolent fund for a number of years and former Vice Chairman for Public Sector Accounting Standards committee at ZICA. He is socially active in Hindu Charitable activities.
