Job Description and responsiblties
Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Assessing and managing safety hazards.
Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
Carrying out regular inspections.
Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials, plant and equipment.
Completing records for site reports.
Attending site management meetings.
Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level.
Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
Organising and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector.
Providing emergency first aid if required.
Jobs. & Responsibilities
. Conduct team briefing ensuring all staffs all are complaint with grooming and hygiene standard. Assign work allocation and ensure they have the appropriate PPE, tools equipment and cleaning materials to start work on time.
. Inspect the routine cleaning is carried out and ensure that the quality is up to the set standard, Note any additional/special Jobs carried out in the daily log book.
.Accepts responsibilities for the safeguard and control of all company assets in an efficient way to meet procedures and development budgets.
.To train, coach, develop and motivate subordinates to meet and exceed company and company expectations.
Develop and implement annual, monthly and weekly PPM schedule.
Coordinate with variables work Team to ensure planning and closure of all service request.

. Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.
. coaching and developing employees (cleaners)
. scheduling and assigning special duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.
Inspection of cleaning equipment on regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement.
. controlling and monitoring the usages of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and /or misuse .
. keeping record of the employees attendance and leavee, making leave schedule for the staff and workers as the starts of each year's
Following up with the Hr Administrator for the employees visas, labour card, health cards, Qatar Id cards, municipality Heath cards and all employees official needs
. Liasing with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
