• Develop inspection plan and strategy for and Bunduq Oil Company pressure systems and equipment.
• Prepare, maintain and update Static equipment and pressure system Inspection register and database.
• Compile and update Corrosion Under Insulation register, dead-leg register, and Anomaly register for assets
• Participate in the corrosion management process for pressure systems from material selection, design reviews, monitoring activities, failure risk assessments, competency and document reviews.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 inspectors for multiple project management and inspection duties.
• Analyse inspection results from inspectors for proper assessment and action plan for clients.
• Based on the inspection report, Identify requirements for pressure system repairs and remedial works
• Attend HAZID/HAZOP studies and incident investigation meeting with Client /EPC Contractors.
• Establish, implement and maintain technical procedures and QHSE Management system.
• Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring for department and contractor as requested.
• Carry out investigation and provide corrective actions for non-conformances or client complaints.
• Assist in business development and delivery for Verification and inspection services.
• Carry out on-stream and intrusive plant inspection and implement written scheme of examination.
• Review degradation mechanisms and update for trending and recommend proactive measures.
• In-service and turnaround integrity assessment on pressure vessels and pipelines.
• Develop risk based inspection and advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) plans and strategy.
• Analyze equipment data to evaluate and rank risk and develop inspection plans
• Analyse pressure equipment inspection reports to identify requirements for repairs or remedial works.
• Carry out Root cause analysis and investigation for any pressure system failures.
• Review, risk assess and make recommendations for repair/maintenance for all pressure system
