handling all the recruitment process from selecting candidates and reviewing CVs, then make interviews and evaluation. after that, we choose the employees and start creating files and make introduction to employee about the company and arrange employee training and handling payroll and employees payments. also, I handled all employees issues and review performance evaluations and follow up with each department about vacancies and training request. Also, updating the department procedures and company policies to match the current practices and Labor office regulations.
the job is to help the customer to provide them with lots of service such as opening accounts, saving money and some investment. it also involve marketing to get new clients for the bank.
