Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
Manage the company’s facilities, claims and operation with local banks.
Finalize the External financial Reports as per IFRS and SOCPA.
Preparing the IKTVA and LC certificates as per ARAMCO and SABIC requirements.
Dealing with two offices of the BIG Four auding firms (E&Y and Deloitte).
Manage the contact relations with the Major of semi-governmental and governmental companies in KSA.
