*Manage the effective execution and controlling of HR policies and procedures.
*Support and manage manpower planning and implement employee relations programs and evaluate their effectiveness (exit interviews, employee surveys, absenteeism and turnover rates...)
*Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented (employee handbook, standard operation procedures, uniform procedures, working hours, staff lockers and the staff room procedures...)
*Onboarding manager. Contribute to the development and documentation of processes and procedures of On-boarding operations.
*Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and interviewing candidates for core competencies, leadership competencies and cultural fit.
*Provide guidance to On-boarding operation team and recruitment team in regards to the Qatar *Government procedures and immigration process in terms of hiring a candidate.
*Effectively manage end-to-end process of employee leaves based on policy applicability, eligibility, and business trends.
*Owner and manage the employees database system.
*Follow up on the completion of Performance *Development Plans (PDP's) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP's) through various learning activities and manage the performance appraisal cycle
*Monitor and manage contracts of all employees.

*Assist and support finance preparing monthly payroll.

Coordinate with PRO regarding work- government related issuance and renewals. *Schedule, organize, and monitor annual vacation process, sick leaves, attendance.
