• Creating illustrative exhibits for project proposals, concept development and public presentations.
• Proper coordination with engineers, architects and other professionals in producing plans and drawings.
• Preparing of Bill of Quantities in a certain project.
• Knowledgeable in using GPS equipment (Trimble)
• Conduct site survey to residential, commercial and golf courses.

• Prepares design based on specifications and drawings centered on written instructions, calculations and equations provided by engineers.
• Provide the guidelines and technical details of the design or structure that is being built.
• Coordinates/ oversees Design plans with subcon to ensure proper implementation.
• Conduct site survey from time to time, for properly monitoring of the project.

• Prepares engineering drawings, specifications, reports, conduct bench marking, review technical documents, and customer contact.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintain and improving quality standards.
• Knowledgeable in making Production layouts, Process Layouts, and Line set up.
• Preparation of working instruction in a process.
