Project Handled : Military Industrial Corp. Housing Project
Duties & Responsibilities :
* Performing Site Inspection with respect to approved Shop Drawings and
Material Submittals.
* Review, approval and providing recommendation for Electrical Shop
Drawings/Plans and Material Submittals as per Contract Specifications and
requirement, covering Low Current, Low Voltage up to Medium Voltage
System (Fire Alarm System, PA Address, CCTV, Telephony, Data System,
Power & Lighting System, Lightning Protection System, Grounding System,
PanelBoards, RMU’s, MV Transformers, Generators, etc.).
* Coordination with Client’s/Owner’s representative if any deviation from
Shop Drawing, BOQ and Project Specifications is necessary due actual site
condition leading to variation order and/or additional cost.
* Review and Approval of Contractors Billing Submittal as per actual Site
Accomplishment based on Approved Request for Inspection (RFI).
* Providing technical recommendation to Technical Queries (TQ) where
Tender Documents, BOQ and Project Specifications do not clearly specify
the project requirement.
* Monthly Billing evaluation and approval.
Project supervision, accomplishment monitoring and manpower management.
Progress Accomplishment Cost Monitoring.
Daily Progress Report preparation and quantity management.
Coordination with Site Supervisors and Client representative.
Variation and additional works preparation.
Progress Billing preparation.
Preparation of Technical Queries (TQ) and tracking of latest Shop Drawing revisions.
Site construction supervision, drawing review and equipment/material requirement preparation.
Site inspection and monitoring of maintenance activities.
Proposal preparation and project scheduling.
Preparation of technical reports, correspondence, accomplishment monitoring and daily report submittal.
Coordination with the Client regarding any site condition that may require changes prior to site implementation.
Preparation of Training Modules and conducting orientation and ESG Staffs training/lectures.
Project supervision, implementation, and materials take-off for Fire Alarm System (FAS) & Telecommunication System (Telephone, CCTV, Public Address, Weather Monitoring, Radio System).
Coordination with General Contractor regarding any site condition that may require changes in the Approved Shop Drawings.
Coordination with other Contractors to ensure that no site conflict will be encountered prior to and during project execution.
Preparation of Variation Order (VO) due to installation changes and approved proposals.
Preparation of activities percentage accomplishments based on approved RFI’s for Project Billing submittal.
Preparation of As-Built Drawings, technical reports, correspondence, accomplishment monitoring and daily report submittal.
Review, approval and providing recommendation for Electrical Shop Drawings/Plans and Material Submittals as per Contract Specifications and requirement, covering Low Current, Low Voltage up to Medium Voltage System (Fire Alarm System, PA Address, CCTV, Telephony, Data System, Power & Lighting System, Lightning Protection System, Grounding System, Elevators, PanelBoards, RMU’s, MV Transformers, Generators, etc.).
Coordination with Client’s/Owner’s representative if any deviation from Shop Drawing, BOQ and Project Specifications is necessary due actual site condition leading to variation order and/or additional cost.
Review and Approval of Contractors Billing Submittal as per actual Site Accomplishment based on Approved Request for Inspection (RFI).
Reporting to Resident Engineer regarding status of Shop Drawings and Material Submittals.
Coordination with Site Electrical Inspector regarding any clarification and verification regarding site installation with respect to Approved Shop Drawings and Material Submittals.
Coordination with other Consulting Discipline to ensure that Approved Shop Drawings are executable at site.
Providing technical recommendation to Technical Queries (TQ) where Tender Documents, BOQ and Project Specifications do not clearly specify the project requirement.
Preparation of technical reports, project correspondence and attending weekly coordination meeting with Contractors, Project Manager and Owner/Client.
Regular ocular site inspection to verify actual site progress and installation as per Approved RFI’s.
Project supervision, implementation, and materials take-off for Fire Alarm System (FAS), Paging System, CO Detector, Voice Evacuation System, FM200 System, CO2 System and Foam System.
Programming of Addressable Fire Alarm System including testing & commissioning, system orientation and seminar.
Reporting to Project Manager regarding actual work progress on regular basis.
Coordination with Consultant regarding any site condition that may require changes in the Approved Shop Drawings.
Coordination with other Contractors to ensure that no site conflict will be encountered prior to and during project execution.
Preparation of Variation Order (VO) due to installation changes and approved proposals.
Preparation of activities percentage accomplishments based on approved RFI’s for Project Billing submittal.
Preparation of As-Built Drawings, technical reports, correspondence, accomplishment monitoring and daily report submittal.
Attending regular coordination meeting with other Contractors and Consultants.
Preparation of engineering drawings, technical report and necessary recommendation for production section’s continuing improvement program.
b. Tools, die, spare parts and other consumable items monitoring (i.e. IN and OUT )and requisition of parts for Milling Machine, CNC Lathe Machine, Bandsaw Machine, Thread Rolling Machine and other relative machine used in production.
Coordinating with foreign and local supplier regarding technical specifications of items to be purchased including those locally fabricated items and plant projects.
Repair and maintenance of Thread Rolling Machines, Milling Machines, CNC machines and other related machines used in production.
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to those machines subject for improvement (i.e. addition of sensors, timers and other accessories).
Preparation of circuit diagram for motor controls, hands on wirings as well as re-wirings of old machines as required.
Design, estimation and documentation of Fire Alarm System (FAS), Electro-Mechanical and Instrumentation projects and other Auxiliary Systems.
Supervision, coordination, project monitoring and on-site project implementation.
Product presentation, installation, testing & commissioning of Variable Speed Drives (VSD), Electric Actuators, Power Analyzers, Temperature Controllers, Calibrators, Level Sensors, Non-Chemical Water Treatment System and other instrumentation products.
Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of VSD, Fire Alarm System and Electrical System as well as coordination with local and foreign suppliers regarding technical concerned of old and new products served.
Supervision, on-site project implementation, coordination and documentation of Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) works of HVAC System (AHU and PACU Units, Cooling Towers, Fans and Blowers, Heat Exchanger and Pumps) for machine's performance verification.
Coordination with Consultants and other Contractors and attending regular site coordination meeting.
Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) and Request for Inspection (RFI).
Design, estimation and on-site project implementation of Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm System including materials take-off prior to site execution.
System orientation, product presentation, documentation, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm System (FAS) projects and FM200 system.
Coordination with other BECHTEL Overseas Corporation (BOC) and other Contractor prior to and during site execution.
Preparation of Request for Inspection (RFI) for BOC inspection and approval.
Preparation of activities percentage based on approved RFI’s for Project Billing submittals.
Attending weekly coordination meeting with BOC and other Contractors.
Project monitoring and preparation of site Shop and As-Built drawings.
