Key Responsibilities
Performing financial transaction related to General Ledger,
Accounts payables and Receivables.
Prepare Financial Statements (Profit and Loss, Cash flow etc.)
Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any invoice discrepancies
Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliation.
Aggregator Reconciliation (Talabat, Delivero, Zomato, Chat Food,
Noon etc.)
Reconciliation of revenue, general ledger and payroll.
Preparing AR and AP Aging report and compliance.
Reconciliation of Vendor Accounts and their balances as well as
resolving payment issues with vendors.
Ensuring timely submission of tax returns/ VAT filings.
Assist with month end closing.
Administer and process all petty cash transaction.
Worked closely with internal and external auditors during yearly
audits and ensured all relevant information were readily available
for their review.
Review and analyze the periodic inventory report for warehouse
and outlets.
Ad-hoc reporting to top management as and when required
Assist in preparation of Budget and related forecasting
• Performing financial transaction related to Accounts payables and Receivables.
