• Responsible for the overall functioning of the department.
• Aligning business goals with departmental objectives and driving the team towards the same.
• To undertake the Manpower & G&A Budgeting for the State.
• Quality Recruitments for successful project rollout, faster replacement, new hires and prevent
opportunity loss by close of every month.
• Drive various Employee Engagement and Socialization activities across the circle.
• Career Planning for High Potential Employees.
• Implementation of Performance Management System for the employees in the circle.
• Insuring proper facilitation for Skill & Behavioral training interventions by Trainingteam.
• Study & Diagnose HR policies & processes for identifying areas of improvements.
• Monitoring the productivity of DSS, DTS and other outsourced employees.
• To ensure timely salary payments, confirmation and regularization of employees.
• To ensure timely clearance of all F&F settlement cases in coordination with all departments.
• Prepare & send Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS to the Corporate HR
• To undertake the Manpower & G&A Budgeting for the Hub.
• Quality Recruitments at DGM & Below levels to manage faster replacement, new hires and prevent opportunity loss by close of every month
• Overseeing the recruitment process for the entire East Hub and supporting the circle resources in the same.
• Ensure proper sourcing mix and documentation at each level.
• Bring down the cost per hire on a regular basis by using innovative ways of sourcing candidates and interview processes.
• Career Planning for High Potential Employees.
• Insuring proper facilitation for Skill & Behavioral training interventions by MDF team.
• Undertake Employee Engagement Surveys and implementation of actions thereupon.
• Design and monitor the Career Planning and Learning for all MTs and GETs.
• Monitor the Manpower Productivity matrices.
• Study & Diagnose HR policies & processes for identifying areas of improvements.
• Monitoring the productivity of DSEs, DSTs and other outsourced employees.
• Support the HR operations team on a regular basis.
• Study and analysis of Employee Satisfaction & Motivation level across the organization.
• Co-ordinate in Recruitment & Selection and proper socialization of new employees.
• Implementation of Performance Management System in co-ordination with the supervisor.
• To do the Competency Profiling of the whole organization.
• To identify internal faculties and organize trainings as per the Annual Training Calendar.
• Maintaining employee details across the organization.
• Co-ordinate with functional head to maintain congenial Employee Relations.
• Co-ordinate in implementation of Job Rotation & Enhancement.
• Study & Diagnose HR policies & processes for identifying areas of improvements.
• Ensuring continuous improvement and promoting strong cross-functional team building for optimal
performance.

Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations(Equivalent to MBA) at Ranchi
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Engineering Drawing, English
