1. Manage and study multiple projects that has been taken and develop estimates
2. Carefully study the projects before distributing to concern engineers.
3. Monitor and ensure the projects under estimation from time to time.
4. Provide area specific forecast and coordinate project status to concern supervisor or Manager.
5. Review each projects estimates and implement required changes.
6. Maintain good relation to all client and regular contact to ensure good relation.
7. Monitor the price of materials, tools and equipments that will affect the project.
8. Double checking before submitting to concern supervisor or manager for approval.
9. Prepare other necessary documents required for the project.

2. Prepare the topographic survey to view the ground terrain of the project.
3. Study the design drawings being done and prepare the estimation quantities and corresponding price.
4. Prepare necessary project specifications required.

2. Inspection of each local and national projects on our area from time to time if it follows the design and specification.
