• Worked as a site and office coordinator who handles multi-sites projects with waterproofing contracts
• Reviews issued contracts and purchase orders, prepares material requisition and monitors the delivery of materials
• Assigns site manpower and ensures quality control and work compliance stipulated on contracts
• Conducts daily site inspection, monitors daily site activities, coordinates with other trades to ensure on time and safe completion of work
• Independently supervises and arrive at solutions to site concerns
• Responsible for physical site measurements, estimation and recommendation of materials to be used as well as the production of shop drawings to be presented with the Clients
• In-charge with the production of quotation and/or project proposal based on newly-conducted site inspections
• Prepares office/paper works include preparation of sub-con and gen-con’s BOQs and progress billing, project monitoring, accomplishment reports, turn-over and certificate of completion
• Also responsible for the site documents such as damage reports, punch lists and others that are suitable to a specific site concern
• Attends site meetings and assists the Area Manager, therefore responsible for documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Encodes material specifications
• Assists in purchase order of materials and equipment for the projects
• Conducts site inspection with the Architect in-charge of Construction
