 Reporting directly to the VP for Learning, Leadership and Talent Development, plays a key role in ensuring that DP World learning, leadership and talent management curricula, tools and processes adhere to the highest quality standards, frameworks and processes.
 Leads the operational core of designing and providing solutions for every part of the learning, leadership and talent development function.
 Designs and implement manuals and tool kits for HR Managers, L&D Managers, Executive Coaches and Facilitation Partners across DP World’s global portfolio.
 Sets up processes for managing vendors, including designing and communicating facilitator processes, and process guides for coaches and assessors. Maintain database of partners/vendors and contractors.
 Sets up and runs a Curriculum Review Panel in order to develop the optimum programme responses for employees at all levels across the organisation and assist in driving the implementation.
 Manages, maintains and updates the core curricula of all of DP World functions and business lines, ensuring consistency of content and tools globally.
