Remotely o Primary responsible to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications. o Responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented procedure, ensuring that the applications meet the clients requirements and specifications. o Testing and debugging applications to ensure they meet the requirements. o Keeping up-to-date with new trends and technologies in web and mobile development. o Marketing and maintaining business using social media platform.
As an IT SUPPORT o Providing technical support to end-users in a timely and professional manner, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues, setting up new equipment, and installing updates. o Maintain some accurate data of technical issues, supplied solutions and procedure taken to solve the issues that have been documented to ensure solving the problem in the future issue. o Support network issues such as printers, cameo machines(cutter), Wi-Fi and wired connection. o Coordinating with vendors to ensure that hardware and software are up-to-date, installed correctly, and maintained properly. o Maintaining and updating inventory of equipment and software licenses. o Providing remote technical support to the staff working from home, troubleshoot and guiding user using remote access tools. o Implement data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions to safeguard sensitive data.
As a GRAPHIC DESIGNER o Designing and creating graphics for marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements, using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. o Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for campaigns and brand initiatives.
o Make a survey, taking photos & videos for some places assigned, checking mode of payments and some property rules. o Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on property listings. o Assist in responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property showings. Property features and address client questions. o Educate clients on current market conditions, financing options, and legal requirements. o Act as a resource for clients seeking expert advice on real estate matters. o Attend industry events (open house) and networking opportunities to build professional relationships. o Assist in expanding the agents network of contacts in the real estate community. o Familiarize tools used for property listings, especially on Property Finder, Bayut and other social media platform. o Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. o Assist in providing excellent customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
o Solving server & workstation-related problems on a daily basis from main company and affiliated consultant. o Performing standard administration responsibilities. o Ordering supplies and requesting support with vendors. o Online troubleshoot for the system. o Monitoring of stocks for the toners, cartridges & other office supplies. o Weekly backup of the server. o Maintain existing system & websites.
