• Managing the full cycle of Talent Acquisition globally for the business
• Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, and conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers

• Manage workforce planning activities, including forecast histograms, and staffing plans
• Attend and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Support broader HR initiatives as assigned

• Coordinates with clients on manpower requirement and makes job posting thru Company website and job search engines such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, Bayt.com, GulfTalent, Indeed, Minhatti, Glassdoor & Monster Gulf.
• Sources candidates, conducts interviews, shortlists and matches suitable applicants.
• Performs reference and background checks.
• Arranges or conduct technical interview with hiring managers and senior management.
• Formulates offer letter for selected candidate and ensures joining as per target date of mobilization.
• Manages local and overseas hiring campaigns.
• Arranges, plans and conducts recruitment activities with overseas manpower agencies (India, Pakistan, Egypt and Philippines).
• Acting as point of contact between deployed employees, management and clients.
• Maintains and submits weekly and monthly recruitment report.
• Maintains database of applicants/candidates CV

• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

• Proficient with network hardware such as hubs, routers, servers and cabling.
• Familiarity with resolving remote connectivity issues, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and Web Services.
• Design, configure & documentation of IP CCTV security cameras.(any)
• Install, configure & managing network Printers / Scanners (any).
• Configuring all Server and client Operating Systems.
• Active Directory users and groups management.
• Troubleshooting Active Directory replication problems
• Extensive background in computers and networking systems, with abilities in building new systems, finding problems and fixing any issues.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Setup workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
• Installation of Biometrics and CCTV.
