• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Determining each project changes.
• Coordinates Engineer and Architects on their ongoing tasks assigned to them and informed the RE/Project Manager.
• Knowledgeable and well familiar with construction documents.
• Use Smart Solve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Receives, reviews and verifies documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures. (Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, RFI, NCR, SI, CR, Value Engineering & Correspondences, )
• Responsible for archiving, documenting, filling and tracking of all documents for the assigned project.
• Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system.
• Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.
• Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction.
• Establishes and maintains a variety of records, logs, and filing system pertaining to areas of responsibility.
• Assisting with the design & mapping of different document activities under the direction of the RE.

• Acts as Receptionist: answering telephones, making reservation and appointments, receiving and responding to all levels of staff and the general public providing information and assistance wherever possible.
