Responsible for the execution of IT strategy, setting up project management processes and governance.
Manage overall portfolio and program delivery. Responsible for guidance, documentation and metrics related to management and implementation of projects as part of business IT strategy and digital transformation. Involved in training and coaching for project management staff.
Manage overall delivery and quality of IT and IS related services. Ensure that functionalities are used efficiently, profitably and securely. Responsible for KPI measurements, testing and release processes. Cooperate with software providers in order to create and apply new solutions according to internal and external client needs. Provide business consultations, support RFQ processes and monitor IS and IT budgets. Manage successfully Implementation and Helpdesk Team. Support actively new business opportunities and ongoing projects (problem solving).
Lead projects of systems implementation and provide post implementation support as well as training to both internal and external customers. Analyse and achieve all customer’s expectations by completing requirements related to project specifications. Act as an internal systems developer and conducted test to ensure all services compliance with required standards. Maintain documentation and updates of technical solution, business rules and processes. Provide mentoring and guidance to develop other team members, including training and knowledge transfer.
