Responsibilities:-
Deputed for the complete O&M of Ebene Cyber Tower leading a team of 10 persons and ensuring less breakdowns.
Adhering to PPM schedules/formats and reporting to clients for their daily/weekly/monthly requirements.
Preparing about tenant utility consumption billing (Electrical, UPS Power, BTU, Common Area Lighting and Water), allocation & reporting about printing of access cards with multiple access levels, O&M monthly reports, daily events reports etc.
Ensuring all systems is in functional order including the complex Integration of various systems in multiple platforms.
Conducting Fire drills and validating all systems are reporting according to logic and participating in other safety & security training programs.

Tidel Park is one among the state of the art IT buildings in Chennai spread out in one lakh sq feet with latest infrastructure. Race has provided complete SCADA-BMS solutions and presently Operation & Maintenance is being rendered. HVAC System consist of 250 x 12 tons air cooled chillers with 6000 x 4 ton capacity Thermal Energy Storage tanks, 350 Nos AHU’s, all type of Ventilation /exhaust fans & Energy measurement equipment (BTU meters) etc. IBMS system consist of FAS, Access, CCTV, PAS, EPABX, UPS, LMS etc all wired to the central console on secured “Provi” bus cable and controlled & monitored using SAUTER software (EY 2400).

Responsibilities: -

Leading a team of 25, including supervisors and technicians for the complete O&M. Control of all equipment from central station.
Operation of BAS equipment from control room and maintenance of IBMS systems for routine/breakdown activities.
Reporting to the client about the daily/weekly/monthly energy consumption and guiding them for energy saving. Attending to technical discussion of up gradation, safety & health meetings.
Collecting additional orders, planning and executing in time followed by AMC. Achieving monthly targets collectively with the help of other departments.
