As a business operations manager, my role is to orchestrate and lead a smooth delivery of Products across several portfolios. I am a direct contributor to performance and solutions areas covering our portfolio. The level of high management trust that I gained throughout my 7 years ensures my capabilities to deliver effective and efficient processes while teaming up with skilled individuals across multiple departments.
1. Managing VAS Aggregation and Management in the Middle East and GCC.
2. Creating and Delivering RFPs and timely proposal
3. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic project goals.
4. Developing and Executing high performing Value-Added Services with a proven history of achieving more than $50 million in revenue streamline while guaranteeing zero cost on the Operator.
5. UX/UI development and implementation

2. Handled account transactions under Mallah Holding Company.
3. Supervised operation’s team to ensure excellent customer service.
4. Handled Banking Transactions under Supervision of General Manager.
5. Controlled Invoices, Payments to suppliers and Monitoring Unpaid Balances of clients.
6. Coordinated operations between 2 sister companies- Square Rent A Car and Hermes Rent a Car.
