Responsible for Bank Reconciliations.
•Recording of PDC issued to suppliers and reconciliation with divisions.

•Handle all group level suppliers’ invoices and payments.
•Verification and Settlement of Trust receipts in Xero.

•Manage and supervise the allocated functional duties & responsibilities of the Accounts department.

•Coordination with auditors and making sure to achieve proper and on time reporting of reviewed and audited financials.
•Payroll (salary calculations, payment & monitoring staff benefits, e.g. leave salary and gratuity).

Ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices, while managing working capital
•Ensuring Accounts Payable reconciliations are performed on a weekly and monthly basis
•Vendor account reconciliations to identify and investigate anomalies
•Recording to the correct ledger/cost centre is maintained with absolute accuracy
•Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new suppliers

Checking / Reviewing / SOPs, policies & procedures (defined by management) and ensuring their compliance at different levels;
• Analyzing financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, providing strategic recommendations;
•Reviewing Daily targeted sales and production against actual results, investigating the unusual variances and taking necessary actions;
•Supervising daily purchase, sales and production activities on transaction level and authorizing before execution;;
•Investigation of any unusual economic events happening at production plants;
