- Excellence Framework to ensure alignment of the Government Excellence Model (GEM 2.0) criteria with departments strategic plans across the corporate
- Outsourcing Governance Framework for optimization, efficiency and digital transformation
o Lead the development of Corrective Action Plan of innovation readiness measurement report for 2022 by Prime Ministers Office.
o Analyze global megatrends and their impact, and propose innovative solutions for future-ready education
o Direct coordination with internal and external stakeholders to launch a national competition during the innovation month 2022 to stir students imagination to design schools of the future
o Develop Five Years Strategic Plan (2023-2026): review the previous plan, propose strategic initiatives, develop corporate KPIs, and launch the approved strategic plan
o Direct coordination with sectors and departments to develop the Business Continuity and Risk Management
o Plans Conduct and manage the internal and external audit process of the Prime Ministers Office for the corporate KPIs Support departments under the General Manager Sector, with strategic direction on planning, budgeting, and KPIs Manage overall progress through Government Performance Management System (ADAA 3.0) to improve performance
o Establish knowledge resources to provide valuable guidance for students, teachers, and parents
o Work with the Executive Teams of National Agenda Indicators, to ensure a successful completion of the pre-defined objectives
o Improve the competitiveness of the UAE educational ranking by identifying the gaps and implementing the applicable initiatives
o Lead Education Ambassadors project to upskill 136 teachers and leaders by collaborating with top-ranking universities Manage Student Retreat brining together State Ministers and selected students to brainstorm ideas for specific challenges
o Manage the Innovation Pillar of Government Excellence Model Design a new feedback system, got the Ministers approval, and implemented the system across the ministry
o Organize and execute the National Science, Technology, and Innovation Festival that showcased latest students innovations Promote culture of innovation through organizing brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops
o Design innovation stakeholder matrix
