Saudi Building Codes (SBC), IEC standards, and client requirements.
«Review and approve Method Statements (MS) Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Material Submittals, and
Technical Submittals before construction activites.
«Conduct incoming material inspections and verify compliance with approved material submittals.
«Ensure all testing and commissioning activites are conducted according to approved procedures
and project specifications.
«Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SOR) for non-compliant
works and monitor corrective actions until closure.
«Ensure compliance with project Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 requirements, and
HSE regulations.
«Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports highlighting inspection status, NCR status, and quality
performance indicators.
«Support final handover documentation and Turnover Certificate (TOC) activities.

Project: Client:
Responsible for implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for all MEP
activities in accordance with project specifications, approved shop drawings, client requirements,
and applicable international standards.
Review and verify Method Statements (MSs), Inspection & Test Plans (TP), Material Submittals, Shop
Drawings, and Technical Queries before execution.
Conduct Material Receiving Inspections (MRI) and ensure compliance with approved material
submittals and project specifications.
Perform inspections for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Low Current Systems, and associated MEP
installations.
Monitor installation of ductwork, chilled water piping, drainage systems, water supply networks, fire
protection systems, cable trays, conduits, lighting fixtures, panels, and earthing systems.
Identify non-conforming work, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and monitor corrective and
preventive actions until closure.
Witness Testing & Commissioning activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and turnover
documentation.
Monitor punch list and snag items and ensure timely rectification before project handover.

- Ensures all BMS Proper Installation and testing of BMS system and its integration with other systems.
- Carry out inspections, thoroughly checking for all quality related procedures in the site.
- Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report/ Site Observations.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
- Installation and Testing and Commissioning of Public address system and its interfacing with fire alarm system.

- Be part of a multi-disciplined maintenance support team, reviewing existing maintenance procedures and determining I putting in place future recommendations.
- Provide day to day mechanical rotating equipment support and advice to the maintenance teams.
- Supervision of the construction of geothermal power plants, at the various locations of installation, provide experience in mechanical industrial construction and contract supply completion.
