• Troubleshooting and handling issues related to the WAN and LAN.
• Managing clients by handling calls, emails follow-ups on the cases, proper shift handover with updates.
• Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, traceroute, telnet, maintaining LAN and WAN.
• Configuration & troubleshooting of routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, Static Routing and BGP.
• Configuration & troubleshooting of switching protocols like VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, and DHCP.
• Security Skill: Enable password, Port Security, ACL, Enable Telnet, Allowing MAC address, MAC address
Binding, checking logs, VLAN creation & assigning port to the VLAN, etc.
• Back-up and restore of all critical resources including router, switches IOS using the KIWI Cat tool.
• Troubleshoot branches links and regional offices.
• Alarm and Fault monitoring using NMS, PRTG, and Host monitor, etc.
• Daily storing the Backups of Datacentre and DR Center devices like Router and L2 and L3 Switches.
• Updating the Remedy tickets and updating the SSD with concern reason within the defined SLA

• Managing the connectivity of NPR (National Population Register) data center under the regional census
offices Delhi.
• Created a demographic and biometric database of residents.
• Implementation, configuration, and management of biometric devices inside the NPR center.
