• Supervises Technical and Administrative jobs involving Telecommunication Unit by leading a Team of Sr. Technicians and Technical Assistants. Job involved are supervision of all Maintenance activities involving the following Equipment and network :

 PDH & SDH Multiplexers
 TELECOM Network Management System
 Fiber Optic Network
 Telecom Copper Cable Network
 48V Battery Chargers
 Teleprotection System
 Power Line Carrier
 PABX
 Recorders
 Digital and Analogue Telephone Network including several Substations, Power Stations and Control Centres.

• Communication Network that includes:

 Fibre Optics Based Digital Communication Network
 Copper Based networks
 Digital Power Line Carrier Communication Networks
 Teleprotection Network

• Monitors & Supervise the TELECOM Unit during Network or equipment faults.
• Preparation of Annual Budget Requirements
• Preparation of Spare parts requirements
• Upgrading and Updating of Telecommunication System
• Coordinating new project work which includes:

 Coordination with KM Engineers, Consultant and Contractors related to Project Implementation.
 Checking of Telecommunication designs, proposals and other documentations.
 Evaluation and Preparation of comments
 Overseeing the errection, Commissioning and Testing of new Telecommunication Projects.
 Review of Test Results and Site Acceptance Defects.

• Performance Evaluation of Subordinates
• Preparation of various reports related to Technical and Administrative Activities
• Performs other related duties as needed upon request by immediate superior.

- Manage and Control Service Level Agreement for Vendor
- Trouble Ticket Management
