Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial results, budget and completion of the reporting requirements
• Perform detailed analysis of accounts, prepare month-end reports, and presented findings to top level management
• Prepare and file the necessary annual Zakat forms according to company and government policies
• Provide supervision of the annual internal and external audits
• Responsible reviewing weekly accounts payable run and their authorization
• Inventory management
• Represent company to customers, suppliers, Auditors, banks and statutory organizations
• Responsible for managing Letter of Credit/Guarantee
• Responsible for managing market receivable and credit control
• Responsible for monitoring salesmen performance, preparation of comparative turnover report.
• Staff development
• Responsible for analyzing costs, pricing and ensuring that company’s performance matches the business plan
• Responsible for maintaing project costing
• Schedule overseas supplier payments
• Budgeting and Variance analysis
• Manage market receivables and monitor salesmen perfomance
• Preparation of P&L and Balance sheet
• Issue purchase orders
• Responsible for setting up of accounting software and procedures
• Analyse and rectify the errors in cheque transactions
• Communicating to local banks, local clearing houses and Federal Reserve bank for transaction involving other banks cheque
• Correct the error within 90 days deadline
• Debit/credit the customer bank account s per the findings
