Member of AECOM’s Project Management team for one of the most prestigious projects in KSA, The Avenues Riyadh. The project is being developed in 2 phases. The phase 1 includes the 5-storey shopping mall while the phase 2 comprises of 5 towers that include an office tower and 4 towers for hotels and serviced apartments.

Key Contributions:
 Manage design iterations instructed by the Client. Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare and submit necessary design reports advising the Client of implications arsing due to the design iterations.
 Oversee the design change process and ensure that the revised designs meet the required standards and objectives
 Coordinate and collaborate with the supervision consultant, sub-consultants and contractors, providing guidance and feedback
 Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions where necessary
 Conduct regular project meetings and keep all stakeholders informed about project progress
 Maintain project documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Drive several high-valued and complex projects from inception to completion within defined scope, quality, time, and budget.
Utilise leadership skills to spearhead a team of architects and CAD/REVIT technicians for developing concept designs of numerous projects. Carry out design development from the schematic to contract/tender documentation phase, whilst preparing detailed technical specification.
Key Contributions:
 Team Leader executing technical expertise and end-to-end project management resulting in completing various multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.
 Provide on-site supervision with frequent site visits, review of construction documents.
