Typing & Filling & taking messages.
Answering phone calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, providing information, taking messages, and addressing caller inquiries.

Dealing with government authorities regarding books and official certificates.

Make daily required reports.
Invoicing and send copy to the finance and save copy in the filing, archiving and typing.
Prepare Reports for sales department and submit to General Manager from the system.
Preparing Stock Report from the system.
Preparing the Sales Order for the Customer, & Preparing the Purchasing Order from the Supplier.

Help the CEO manage their time effectively by prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Facilitate collaboration and communication between HR, Admin, and other departments to achieve the company goals.
Use relevant software and tools to streamline administrative tasks, manage calendars, and improve overall efficiency.
To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order.
To perform any other work-related tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
