• Besides performing basic administrative tasks (answering the phone, photocopying, mailing, filing, word processing, internet, research).
• Prepare correspondences, reports, and web research material.

• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Other duties include maintaining confidentiality, time management, taking minutes, travel arrangements for executives, arranging trainings, workshops and outdoor events, utility bills and handling petty cash.
