MIG is a family business owning over 16 companies and was working on transforming the business from Family to Corporate. Responsibility was to manage the recruitment process, training planning and implementation/ delivery within MIG and to develop policies, procedures and initiatives to meet the organization’s aspirations on the talent management.
• Creating workshops of Performance Management Practices across the Org.
• Introducing the induction/orientation program and ensure that new recruits are getting acquainted with MIG’s business, helping them to settle in and giving them the information required for them to become a valuable team member.
• Creating Training & Development plans, and processes to help MIG implementing new learning and development programs, which will help in reaching its goals in specific areas.
• Reviewing HR Manual of policies & procedures. By evaluating the effectiveness that will lead to greater efficiency, cost savings and/or additional benefits to MIG and its employees and to ensure compliance to the Sudanese Labor Law in all related policies, procedures and practices and continuous improvement.

Responsible for the General Administration (GA) as an advisor with manager to improve people - related priorities in the company. Assisting Leaders with strategic Planning and forecasting needs regarding people and culture.
• Initiating and Launching ‘Make it Bright “an international internship competition among JTI Branches. 2021 was the first time for Sudan to participate in the competition.
• Handled the Onboarding Process by meeting with the Supplier to project a standardized website for new joiners.

I work closely with job candidates, external recruiters, headhunters and other human resources professionals in support of a business hiring needs. I typically manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to bringing new employees on board. I also conduct testing, screening and preliminary interviewing of potential employees. Participate in HR department meetings and assist in writing job postings and employment ads. I interact with department heads, and other managers and staff to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
