*Managing the production of books (Printable & eBooks) and from the
receipt of a manuscript to the delivery of final products.
*Coordinating with authors, publishers, and internal production staff to
ensure the completion of projects on time and within the project budget.
Monitoring project schedule and budget, through the project life cycle.
Determining tasks for different team members within planned schedule
deadlines and budget.
*Evaluating and concluding the time and cost needed for finalizing
projects.
*Monitoring the completion and precision of the tasks and deliverables.
Outdoor Sales/Construction:
*Selling construction materials and apartments in all stages.
*Following up with clients to ensure Quality, timeline, and payment
*Schedule is being met from both ends.
Showroom Salesman:
*Handling customers, through identifying their needs and providing the
the right product for their projects.
*Following up on customers' projects for upselling or / and selling new
products.
*Managing customer accounts, through aftersales follow-up (requests,
complains or any quality-related issues... )
*Receiving requests from clients through Social Media channels (Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, Hotmail or live chat).
*Validating requests and provide the required support or information to
the clients.
*Handling all kinds of customer complaints, understanding the main.
*The problem, and resolve it on timely manner.
Tracking and collecting data from social media comments as a feedback
for our level of customer service.
*Reporting to the head of the Digital call center.
Serving: MTC Touch (telecom).
*Obtaining client’s information by answering telephone calls.
*Interviewing clients; verifying information.
Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions;
providing information.
*Handling customers complaints or requests, tracking requests to the right
department.
