Key Responsibilities handled
• Handling individually many International markets supplies like (CIS & RUSSIA, REST OF ASIA, MAINLAND EUROPE AND EASTERN EUROPE and Planning of dispatches effectively as per their customer regulations.
• Focusing on IMCO terms of clients.
• Coordination of forwarders to get the Exit documents, Airway Bill or Bill of Lading & Exit / Entry Cert in order to VAT compile.
• Focus to accommodate our FIFO stock for controlling our inventory and wastage.
• Work with management to identify supply needs and number of SKU’s.
• Record and assess all materials quality, movement, and expenditure via SAP.
• Monitor the quarterly projections of the stations in SAP.
• Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and access to the material.
• Collaborate with management to plan forecasting models.
• Oversee and support subordinates and new employees.
• Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.
• Design and maintain department budgets
• Coordination with warehouse team to preparing the goods as per the Custom requirements.
• Maintain the Delivery note for the invoices and movement of materials.
• Handing overall supply chain operations in SAP
• Monitor of monthly shipment dispatches as per the priority.
• Sales order generation via SAP for movement of material.
•Responsibility to motivate Clients for events in club
•Along with planning and documentation
•Make proper presentation report in PPT for clients
