Achievements
1. Evaluated the in-house developed Structured Business Process Management System based on my experience on previous clients’ needs. The final product was a great success that anticipated all clients’ needs and covers most of the clients demanded reports as out-of-the-box features.
2. Successfully implemented an automated bank processes such as account opening, account closures, loans, etc., for several well-known banks in the Gulf region.
3. Helped clients optimizing many of their processes by eliminating steps and/or altering their current processes plans to reach optimality and/or best practice.
