1. Evaluated the in-house developed Structured Business Process Management System based on my experience on previous clients’ needs. The final product was a great success that anticipated all clients’ needs and covers most of the clients demanded reports as out-of-the-box features.
2. Successfully implemented an automated bank processes such as account opening, account closures, loans, etc., for several well-known banks in the Gulf region.
3. Helped clients optimizing many of their processes by eliminating steps and/or altering their current processes plans to reach optimality and/or best practice.

Duties
Conduct interviews with clients to gather requirements needed.

1. Created Professional Services Department in 2012 and assigned the tools necessary that would help time and cost calculation for any project showing in the pipe-line such as MS-project and MS Excel.
2. Automated processes for Jordan Government (Jordan Customs) and many Banks all over MENA area.
3. Accelerated the Account Receivable processing time for MAF (Majed Al-Futtaim) Group, by implementing automatic billing Multi-Channel capturing system that push all captured bills into the BPMS to allow the accountants to process them accordingly.
4. Helped clients evaluating employees through BPM Analytical Reports Generation.
Duties
Capturing business requirements for BPM (Business Process Management) platform.
Analysis business requirements and drafting comparison between the As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
Building BPM system architecture incorporating integration with third party applications and taking into consideration existing clients’ I.T. infrastructure.
Defining all BPM analytical needed by clients such as SLA (Service Level Agreements), Task Deadlines, Task processing time etc.
