Dealing independently high risk Obstetrics and gynecological emergencies with team of junior and senior doctors and lots of trainees under my direct supervision
Twice a week running out patient department catering 400 to 500 patients in one clinic
Twice a week having Operation list for Elective surgeries, including c section low risk but mostly high risk like, placenta précis, Accreta, previous 3 and 4 surgeries, pregnancy with Fibroid, Hypertension, PRe Eclampsia, Diabetes, cardiac disease and blood disorders
Manual vacuum aspiration, diagnostic and operative Laptoscopy, Hysteroscopies, Myomectomy, Laprotomy fo rovarian cyst, debunking, staving laparotomy, wertheim Hysterectomy, vaginal Hysterectomy, perineal repair, TVT, incontinence surgeries and Vesico vaginal fistula repair etc
Daily morning meeting, once a week lecture delivery to students at Medical university, one lecture or hands on drill to postgraduate trainees, midwives and nurses
Conducting multiple academics workshop and mock exam sessions for post Graduates of whole country
Conducting CME and attending multiple academic activities along with free camps, public awareness programs and fund raising for our poor patients
Social activist, vocal person, speaker for women and child health through forum og Society of Gynecologists and Obstetrics Pakistan ( SOGP ) life time member and fellow of CPSP and member of Menopausal society, active member of multiple WHO health projects in Asia to achieve Mallenium goals, contraception, Abortion care, safe motherhood Programs
In Summary wonderful Dynamic experience of 10 years being worked in best tertiary care teaching Hospitals of International standardized ISO certified more than 1000 bedded Hospitals of Pakistan and got selected for consultant post at Bahrain Specialist hospital Bahrain, so currently serving this Small but multiple Communities and Races based Country with lot of spirits and potential for further enhancements and better future.
